Pumpin' Pal Super Shields are angled and sized for your comfort! X-Small Super Shields fit into your flange set and eliminate constriction of milk ducts to promote better flow and reduce irritation to the nipple area. They also allow you to sit back in a reclining position while pumping and are considerably more comfortable than traditional flanges for most women including larger-breasted women. Silicone. Dishwasher safe.
Size X-Small 15-19 mm.
Pumpin Pals Super Shield collars fit directly into connectors for Medela, Lansinoh and Hygeia. They do not fit First Years, Spectra, Ameda or Avent Comfort Pump. Choose optional adapters for use with Ameda or Spectra.
NOTE: Single pair Pumpin' Pal flanges are replacement parts. If you do not know what size you need, you will want to purchase a three pair set to get the best fitment as fitment is not guaranteed.

Great product!
As a well-endowed mama, being hunched over pumping is not pleasant at all. When using the Pumpin' Pals, I can sit reclined a bit more and not kill my back all day long!

Xs pumpin pals
Unfortunately the XS pumpin pal silicone flanges were not small enough for me. It's a shame because they seem really comfortable but they doesn't fit my 16mm size. Too much of my Areola gets pulled into the flange.

Doesn't Work with Hands Free Bra
Flange is heavy and pulls down when wearing my hands free bra. Despite being silicone, it’s hard and not flexible at all. Actually decreased my already low supply. Stopped using them after a few times because hurting my supply. Regret purchasing.

Depends on the shape of the breast
It is better than having a way too big size, but the shape is not great for large breasts with small nipples. I would need a 15 mm flange. My nipple is pretty far down in the funnel shaped flange, so the wider parts are in too narrow of an angle. So it squeezes my breast together and is a little too tight. Therefore it rubbs on the skin and the silicone leaves the skin tender. Nipple lubricant helps with that but it sometimes lets the nipple slide out.
