Package Tracking & Delivery
Lactation Connection sends tracking emails through USPS, Stamps.com, UPS or Fedex. If for any reason, you have not received your package once it shows delivered, please contact us immediately. Although mis-delivered packages are rare, contact us within 7 days of the carrier confirmed delivery date. At that time we will contact the carrier for the geo-location of the delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmed delivery. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, we must be notified within 14 business days of the purchase so that the carrier can investigate the delivery. If you do not receive the package within the next week after contacting us, please contact us again as the carrier will be unable to locate the package after 30 days and Lactation Connection will not be able to claim responsibility if we are not contacted as advised.
Green Initiative Packaging
Lactation Connection practices a green initiative and use eco-bagging whenever possible rather than retail packages. This minimal packaging saves the environment from unnecessary waste and saves the customer from having higher shipping costs. We also use compostable boxes rather than Tyvek bags on more than 99% of shipments. Boxes are used not only because they are recyclable and bio-degradable, but we find that they reach their destination safely more often than a lightweight bag that may be lost or damaged more easily in transit.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are clearly stated on the individual product pages. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these shipping times prior to placing an order. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated shipping timelines. We are not liable for any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to review this information.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or via email are provided for convenience only. These estimates are based on information from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed unless you choose UPS Express Air shipment. We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. UPS Air guarantee is not subject to enforcement due to acts of nature such as weather.
No Liability for Delays
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by shipping delays—whether due to the customer's failure to review stated ship times or delays from the shipping provider.
Limited Liability for Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier looses your package, we will of course replace it with the shipping method previously chosen. Please note that verification of lost packages takes up to 15 business days before a replacement can be sent at no charge. If you need your replacement sooner, please request other options.
If you believe your package has been stolen, we will investigate first to ensure the geo-location of the package delivery. In most cases, the package is located but please note that if the delivery is verified by the carrier as delivered correctly, we are not liable for theft. In this case, we recommend reporting the theft to USPS or UPS and local law enforcement.
