Pumpin' Pal Breast Pump Flanges & Adapters

Pumpin’ Pal flanges are simply the best designed breast pump flanges on the market. The specific design difference of a Pumpin’ Pal flange is the removal of the hard ring at the bottom of the funnel.  Instead, that area is tapered on the Pumpin’ Pals so not only are they more comfortable, they won’t put that inward pressure on the ducts.  The design of standard flanges can cause nipples to flatten thereby constricting milk ducts which in turn decreases breast milk output. In addition, Pumpin' Pal uses a different substance for moms with smaller nipples since their tissue is more elastic. For moms with elastic tissue, the Small and X-Small sizes are made of silicone which creates a surface that is sticky enough to physically hold the areola tissue back from getting pulled into the tunnel.  For moms with larger nipples, the medium, large and x-large flanges are made of BPA free plastic less friction when pumping than silicone. Since 1999 Pumpin’ Pal has continued it’s dedication to supporting today’s pumping moms with this one theory: "If we can make breast pumping a more effective, relaxing and tolerable activity, we know that more women will pump longer, and pumping longer means giving mom’s milk to baby longer."
