Pumpin' Pal Super Shields are angled and sized for your comfort! Small Silicone Pumpin' Pals are made with bpa-free medical grade silicone and eliminate constriction of milk ducts to promote better flow and reduce irritation to the nipple area. They also allow you to sit back in a reclining position while pumping and are considerably more comfortable than traditional flanges for most women including larger-breasted women.
Dishwasher safe.
Size Small 20-23 mm.
Pumpin Pals Silicone Super Shield collars fit directly into connectors for Medela, Lansinoh and Hygeia. They do not fit First Years, Spectra, Ameda or Avent Comfort Pump. See Pumpin' Pal Flanges with adapters for Spectra and Ameda.
NOTE: Single pair Pumpin' Pal flanges are replacement parts. If you do not know what size you need, you will want to purchase a three pair set to get the best fitment as fitment is not guaranteed.

No pumping pain!
I bought this after a friend recommended it based on comfort and ability to drain quickly. I am still a bit tough to drain (since it's based on letdown triggers) but have vastly improved the comfort of pumping. I no longer have a ring of red around my nipple from the medela flange which is a huge improvement that has helped extend my pumping journey! Will recommend to others!

Just do it.
So I was worried about getting the size small pump pall being a 24mm nip, and having elastic nipples but i am glad i did. It works so well. I use them every pump now and i wish i had got them 9 months ago

Convenient!
I used these flanges for my first postpartum journey a couple years ago when I exclusively pumped for my daughter. I misplaced them between pregnancies and was excited to find this site so I didn’t have to buy a package from pumpin pals website since I knew what size I needed. These are the most comfortable flanges and I don’t even use a bra with them, they suction enough without one…so convenient! I recommend these to everyone!

No pain!
No pain at all while using these , however did not work well on larger breasts . Even tried different sizes . Unfortunate , really wanted these to work .

Pumpin Pal works with all Medela pumps with Personal Fit and Flex Fit connectors, but they do not work with wearable collection cups.

When purchased with the Spectra adapter, the X-Small (not the small) will give you the smaller size flange you are seeking. Here is the link to the x-small which fits 15-19mm: https://lactationconnection.com/pumpin-pal-flanges-x-small-silicone-xs15
Please remember to choose the option with the Spectra adapter for use with a Spectra brand breast pump.
