This 10ml syringe is a great way to feed the baby who does not yet latch well. Use for finger feeding alone or attach to the Lactation Aid Tubes currently sold at Lactation Connection. Finger feeding with a syringe keeps baby's tongue down and allows the peristaltic wave motion of the baby's tongue to function naturally as it would on the breast. Use with the Lactation Aid Tubes allows you to have an inexpensive supplemental feeding system so that you can supplement at the breast. This 10ml syringe aka 10cc increment is exactly 1/3 of an ounce making it easy to keep track of amount supplemented. This syringe can be used for supplementing with lactation tubing at the breast, finger feeding with lactation tube, finger feeding alone without tubing and can be used for flushing
lactation aid feeding tubes
(sold separately) for cleaning.
