Increased my supply

I really like these shields as they are more comfortable than standard shields and increased my overall supply, allowing me to massage less during pumping sessions. However, letdown is much slower for me with these. It's a tradeoff I'm willing to make, overall I'm very happy I bought them.

I’ve been able to express more with these!

I have been struggling to find a flange that would work for me with really small nipples! So far I’ve been able to express more with these, reducing the amount of pump sessions I’ll need at work. Thank you !

Ehh

These surprisingly didn’t work for me even tho the reviews sounded great! I do have somewhat elastic nipples. I get less output with these than with my regular madela flanges. I have been measured, I am a 19mm and 18mm nipple sizes. I tried both the small and medium and neither worked great- lots of pinching of my breasts with less output than normal.

More comfortable and higher yield per session

I have only been using my the pumpin pal shields for a week. I had significant nipple swelling with the default shields on my pump. I have found these to be much more comfortable and they don't cause any nipple swelling. I had been pumping about 3.5-4 oz per session and since switching, I have been getting 5-7 oz per session. I don't know if that is all due to the shields or other factors, but I would buy them again for the comfort. Overall, I highly recommend these shields!

Comfortable...not for me

They are way more comfortable than the normal plastic flanges, but I didn't notice a difference in getting more milk. They're definitely worth a try though
