These Super Shields fit into your flange set and eliminate constriction of milk ducts to promote better flow and reduce irritation to the nipple area. They also allow you to sit back in a reclining position while pumping and are considerably more comfortable than traditional flanges for most women including larger-breasted women. Fits sizes 25-40 mm. Super Shields fit directly into connectors for Medela, Lansinoh and Hygeia or may use an adapter for other specified flanges.
