Maymom 19mm Breast Flange Insert for use with various breast pumps. This style fits Spectra including CaraCup 24mm, Motif Luna, Willow, Willow Go, Elvie, Elvie Stride and many more> See image for additional information on compatibility. Also works with Legendairy Milk Silicone Collection Cups as well as Hygeia standard 24mm and 28mm flanges. This does not work well with the Hygeia FIT flange. Please note that this may not work well for moms with long nipples as it is a short insert design. Please see secondary image for exact product dimensions as this insert may fit snug or looser depending on the flange style for which you are using it.

I like it!
I bought this to put in my medela hand pump and it fits great! The default 24mm flange on the medela harmony hand pump is an okay fit for me but I wanted the 19mm insert for a better fit, and it does the job! I like this as well because it is an insert rather rather than a flange, so it can fit in other pumps.

The perfect fit
As a new mama, I did not have a ton of knowledge on pumping. I used the 24mm size for weeks before realizing I needed to be using one much smaller! A friend recommended this site and for the price I figured I would start with the smallest and work my way up if I needed too. The 19mm shield has made a huge difference for me! Any discomfort I had pumping has gone away and I feel like I am emptying out with each pump session!

I would recommend!
Got my item fast and they are perfect. Will definitely order more. Seriously didn’t know pumping could be painless! They fit in my spectra s2 plus and my momcozy s12 pro wearable pumps. I wish I ordered them sooner

Your package will normally leave our warehouse the same day if ordered by 1:00 pm CST M-F. For this reason, we recommend double checking your shipping address as you complete your order. Time in transit is estimated as you choose your shipping method at checkout.
Green Initiative Packaging: Most orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes. Also note that we use frustration free poly bag packaging whenever possible. These policies keep shipping costs down and reduce waste in the environment.
Returns: For the health and safety of our mothers and babies, breastfeeding supplies are hygienic non-returnable items. It is not advisable to purchase hygienic items from companies who accept returns and re-sell these type of products.
