24-48 hours via FedEx Ground or USPS
Priority Mail. Transit map below

transit. Time frame is for
in stock items* and excludes
weekends and holidays.
Remember with FedEx ground, your
package is able to be tracked
right on our website.
Orders under 1 lb may go US
Priority Mail at our discretion
and may be unable to be tracked
until delivered. (Priority
mail service is not guaranteed
for 2-3 day delivery and may be
slower during holidays.)
Please allow
5-10 business days for most
orders unless you choose premium
shipping. If you do not
receive an email from Fedex or
USPS within 48 hours of placing
your order online, feel free to
give us a call to check the
backorder status as we do not
routinely contact regarding backorder
unless you chose premium
shipping.

mainland US take anywhere from

Premium orders will
be shipped within 24 hours

shipping to AK and HI will be
shipped via USPS priority mail
and cannot be larger than will
fit in a 11 x 8 x 5 box.

limit, you will be contacted as

Priority mail is not

a remaining balance of under $25
may be cancelled at our
discretion with a note to please
reorder at a later date unless
otherwise specified. We
will not necessarily contact you
regarding a back order that is
shorter than 15 business days unless
you chose a premium shipping
option. If you need to
make sure your order is shipped
complete or in a specific time
frame, please make note in
special instructions when you
check out so we may accommodate
you. Gifts & Gift Certificates Gift certificates and other purchases sent to a
separate address will not include a receipt with pricing so that they may be
given as a gift. The sales
receipt will be sent separately to the billing email address. Gift
Certificates are mailed to the
recipient unless you request an
email copy for faster service. So rest easy, and
have fun giving! To request an e-certificate instead of a hard copy, just
put your request in the special
instructions field as you check
out. To redeem gift
certificates online, simply type
in the certificate number in the
gift certificate field and the
amount will be removed from your
total. Feel free to put
a personal note to the recipient in the special instruction field as you check
out and we are happy to include it! Clearance

These items are
sold at a discounted price while
supplies last. Quantities
are limited and change
frequently so please be aware
that you may not always receive
the quantities you request.

hot buy or clearance item before
shipment, please call in your

Most items
are in stock, but items with
various sizes such as bras
fluctuate stock on a daily basis
due to the fact that we carry
cup sizes from B-L. Please
be patient. We ship bras
as fast as possible, but
sometimes sizes are out of stock
for 10-14 business days.
